This page will serve as a basic how to play guide for Boxing Star. While there is very little information available at this time, we urge you to check back often, as new information is being added all the time! Feel free to edit this guide with any tips, tricks, and suggestions.

Getting started[edit | edit source]

Upon first starting the game, it's necessary to sign in. In the Android version, it's possible to sign in using a Google Play, Facebook, or guest account. Note that it's possible to lose guest accounts, so signing in via one of the other methods is recommended.

After this, a tutorial match (Joe King vs. Dengrave) will automatically begin to demonstrate. As Joe King, simply follow the instructions on the screen.

Once the tutorial match is won, it's time to create a character. First, choose a "bodytype" from these options:

After that, choose a username. A random one gets generated upon tapping the circular arrow, or one can be typed in. The story mode then begins with Emma's introduction to the player character's situation. Tap story mode to meet some boxers from a fight club

Tips and tricks[edit | edit source]

Uppercuts do the most damage but are the slowest punches.

Jabs are the fastest punches but do the least amount of damage.

Hooks are faster than Uppercuts but slower than Jabs. Hooks are stronger than Jabs but are weaker than Uppercuts.

Dodge your Opponent's punches and Counter their attack to deal extra damage.

MegaPunches can't be blocked. To avoid receiving damage, the user must Dodge all of the MegaPunch's Punches. Check the MegaPunch Glove information to learn how to Dodge each MegaPunch!
